Our advanced courses in chocolate aime at individuals who want to pursue their own chocolate home projects. For our advanced courses we always have some course dates bookable for you. You may register as an individual or as a small group to one of our courses. We are pleased to welcome you in one of our courses.

It is assumed that participants of our course in advanced chocolate making have acquired knowledge in a basic course or by long years of experience. Please note that we can neither provide you with the basic knowledge of processing couverture nor refresh old knowhow during the advanced course. If you have not yet mastered the tempering / pre-crystallizing of couvertures this advanced course is not suitable for you. This also applies to a lack of knowledge about basic compositions and their preparation such as ganaches and praline masses. You should also be skilled and routined in handling a piping bag or praline forks for your chocolate projects.
