Walnut half-shells
New to our product range for home confiseurs
New to our range of praline shells are the walnut-shells. Filled with a suitable mass, these are done in a short time and a are sweet extention to your confiserie assortment. We suggest the following recipe for those shells:
→ 70g walnuts - process or grind to a paste in a blender or mortar
→ 70g Couverture white 36% - add tempered couverture and stirr
→ fill half-shells to the edge with a piping bag
→ allow cooling and wait until your mass is almost firm
→ put together 2 half shells to make a chocolate walnut
→ there you go with your chocolate walnuts
